Summer never ends with Summer Water Rosé. This perennial favorite is delightfully crisp, lighthearted, and destined for a good time.

Due to the cooler growing season, this year’s Summer Water has great minerality, acidity and freshness along with very intense fruit aromas. The wine is a pale-pink salmon color almost bordering on opaque, which is how we like our Rosé. The Grenache creates a Rosé of perfect color, acidity, minerality, texture, and flavor. A direct-to-press method paired with a long cool fermentation promotes and preserves as many aromatics as possible. The resulting wine is extremely refreshing and crisp.
